Mixing Ratio Example:
• Each 100 gm Art Concrete Mix+ minimum 65 to maximum 75ml of Water to achieve a semi thick consistency (like a dosa/pancake batter consistency)
• Avoid adding additonal water once the batter thickens
Working Time:
• Overall Working time is 60-90 seconds
• Pour, Tap & Pinch the mould to release the air bubbles for smoother finish
• Keep in the mould for 6-8 hours depending on the mould size
• After De-moulding keep it aside for a few hours to completely dry, as it may contain some moisture
• No need to soak it in water after De-moulding
• Use a Sealer to make it water repellent after completely drying the concrete items
Tips:
• Open the concrete pack, wear gloves, and mix the powder by hand without adding water to aerate the pre-mix
• It is a fast setting formula, please work quickly
• Keep whisk, spatula, colours & moulds ready before pouring water to the powder
• Make a mix for only 1 mould at a time as a beginner
• Incase of any visible water droplets after a few hours of de-moulding, it is due to temperature fluctuations and may occur only once within 24-48hours of de-moulding, during the drying process
• Kindly wipe the droplets with a tissue, let the product dry before applying sealer
• Please avoid mixing acrylic, candle and resin colours, it will spoil the paste
